Chris Rennie

Mr. Rennie serves as the lead customer care representative and is directly responsible for ensuring that each customer's system is set up and configured correctly. He is dedicated to the maintenance and training coordination of all software systems and completes customization and other programming needs as required. He serves as the liaison between the customer, the User Support group and upper management as needed. Mr. Rennie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Global Economics from Cedarville University.

Evan Clark

Mr. Clark serves as a programmer/analyst and completes an array of technical tasks that include programming, SQL server management and vulnerability testing. Mr. Clark has 8 years of experience with SQL Server database administration and web development technologies including Classic ASP and ASP.NET. He is also proficient in technologies including vulnerability testing tools and development tools that include jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor's degree from Ashford University where he graduated Cum Laude.

Glenn Hoover

Mr. Hoover serves as the lead User Support representative by providing end-user support to MSI clients. Mr. Hoover provides direct phone and e-mail support to MSI software users, as well as, leads the efforts in developing end user documentation, Frequently Asked Questions, and other MSI software related user documentation. Mr. Hoover also assists with software testing and e-IEP PRO, e-ELL PRO and e-MTSS PRO training efforts as needed. Additionally, he has over 23 years of experience as a network engineer and as a network/internet technologies consultant.

Lesley Lassen

Ms. Lassen serves as a Lead Trainer where she develops and presents the training curriculum, training exercises, e-Training video clips and Webinars. Additionally, she serves as the domain expert on education matters where she consistently monitors information available from the Arizona Department of Education and routinely participates in special education and other related education training events. Ms. Lassen previously served as a special education teacher and holds a Masters in Education where she graduated Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University, as well as, numerous special education-related licenses (e.g., Emotional Disability, Specific Learning Disability and Mild/Moderate Intellectual Disability) and certifications.

Michelle Sullivan

Ms. Sullivan serves as the Financial and Billing Coordinator, overseeing accounts receivable, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. She manages customer quotes, payments, billing communications, and bank deposits, and is proficient in QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, Excel, and MSIS custom software. She also supports administrative functions such as data transfers, license agreement updates, software testing, and marketing tasks. Ms. Sullivan is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and client-focused service. She attended the University of British Columbia and has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Business Operations.

Brant Galloway

Mr. Galloway serves as MSI's Technology Manager, where he is responsible for the technical implementation and ongoing enhancements of the company's software systems. As a full-stack developer, Mr. Galloway brings over 25 years of experience in developing robust web-based software solutions. He is experienced in front-end and back-end technologies, web scripting languages, modern frameworks and responsive design practices. Additionally, Mr. Galloway is skilled in leveraging various emerging technologies to ensure the software remains efficient and aligned with current industry standards. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University.
